How support works is that when you contact support, Fourthwall will handle it. They handle support for anything made to order. If the email pertains to a limited edition item (an item that I handle), then they'll forward the email to me.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What's the difference between "Limited Edition" and "Made to Order"?
Limited Edition items are products that I personally curate. They're either handmade by me, or in part by a local vendor. I personally inspect, pack, and ship them out of my home in New York.
Made to Order items are produced by a print on demand vendor. When you order one of those products, the vendor produces it and ships it directly to you.
If you purchase an item from both collections, they will be seperate shipments. Although some made to order items are produced by different vendors and therefore will be a different shipment. The checkout page will show your different shipments.
Q: How long does shipping take?
Limited Edition items will ship within 2-3 business days. They're often shipped via letter so no tracking will be available. They should arrive within a week after shipping within the U.S., and longer for international.
Made to Order items will ship in about a week. They should arrive within 2 weeks of placing your order. International orders can take an additional 2-6 weeks to arrive.
Q: Where can you ship to?
Anywhere that Fourthwall will accept. For Limited Edition products, anywhere USPS will accept. Check the USPS International service disruptions page for up to date information on international mail services.
Q: How do I modify/cancel an order?
All sales are final once an order is placed. You can email support and we'll try our best to accomodate but no guarantees.
Q: Do you accept returns, exchanges, or refunds?
No, but for Limited Edition items, contact me if you received the wrong item or your item is damaged (preferably with photos). For Made to Order items, Fourthwall will only accept returns or exchanges for visible print errors or quality issues.
Q: How do I track my order?
Most small items are shipped via USPS First-Class Mail (stamped letter). This means there is no tracking available. For any trackable orders, you should receive an email with tracking information within a week from ordering.
